Emily started North of Eight in 2019 after realizing (once again) that a corporate environment crushed her soul. She used to do all the things here, but now it's basically just Quickbooks.

Kassie Dalsveen

Partner, CEO

Kassie was working with North of Eight before it was even a thing. She became a partner in 2020, and it is only because of her vision and drive that the company has seen the success that it has.

Matt Johnson

VP of Design

Matt leads the web department at North of Eight. Under his guidance, our client websites are designed, developed and maintained to the highest industry standards.

Cara Walters

VP of Marketing

Cara leads the marketing strategies and implementation across our client portfolio. From SEO to digital advertising, clients enjoy her 'get sh*t done' attitude (and we do too).
