We’re thrilled to announce that we’re hiring a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to helping us execute top-notch marketing initiatives for our diverse client portfolio, spanning industries like manufacturing, retail and more.

About the Role

The Marketing Assistant will work closely with our Account Management team to execute day-to-day marketing tasks, from social media and email campaigns to SEO and digital advertising. This role requires a commitment to quality, strong organizational skills, and a hunger to learn and grow.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Social Media: Craft engaging content for organic and paid campaigns, monitor performance, and stay ahead of trends.
• SEO & PPC: Onboard clients, monitor campaigns, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Email Marketing: Create and deploy email campaigns that deliver results.
• Project Management: Use tools like Trello, Notion, and Slack to manage timelines and streamline communication.
• Reporting: Analyze KPIs and generate reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Client Support: Facilitate meetings, manage schedules, and ensure top-quality deliverables.

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

• Availability to work within 8 AM - 4 PM CST.
• A reliable internet connection.
• Familiarity with tools like Trello, Slack, Notion, Canva, and social media platforms (or the confidence to learn quickly).
