Burnett Plumbing Company reached out to us in February of 2020 looking to find help managing their social media presence. As a husband and wife duo, the two did not have the time nor the desire to manage their Facebook presence; however, they recognized the importance of posting on a regular basis. They just didn’t know what to post, when to post it, or how to use Facebook as a tool vs. one more thing to mark off their to-do list. That’s where we came into play.

Navigating Change

North of Eight has been working over the last 7 months to craft content that engages with their followers in multiple ways. Connecting with folks who have an interest in plumbing is hard. Capitalizing on saving folks money is not. We took the liberty to share money saving tips, educational plumbing tips that everybody NEEDS to know, incorporated light-hearted plumbing-inspired jokes and trivia, shared customer reviews, projects and more. Although the numbers aren’t drastically high, their web presence is increasing and people are beginning to become more engaged.
